Year 5 are doing the Stop Program! We are learning why we should be healthy and why we should exercise. Every two weeks we go outside with a specially trained coach to help us keep our fitness levels up.

So far the STOP program has been very good getting our fitness levels high

I love doing the stop program its so helpful on letting people keep an eye out on there weight
